At the beginning of 2020, the Warmteservice Groep became the owner of the property at Hanzeweg 4 in Gouda. The dismantling of the building immediately started, followed by the redevelopment. The division of the building into six different units created the opportunity for other companies to also establish themselves in this sustainable and energy-efficient commercial building.
Dolman Techniek from Gouda was responsible for the electrical installation and enlisted the help of PERFORMANCE iN LIGHTING for the lighting plan. Various types of fixtures have been chosen for the facades, OMBRA, TYK+ 20, TYK+ 30 and SHIELD+1, so that the business premises are beautifully lit. The KREOS is installed on the masts on the side of the property.
