The Welfare PMI Index assesses the level of corporate welfare in small and medium-sized Italian companies. Our company ranked among the 68 best national enterprises, achieving the highest rating obtainable and the Welfare Champion 2019 title.
To achieve the 2019 index, a total of 4.561 Italian companies from all production areas was interviewed regarding their initiatives taken towards their employees in different scopes. The survey is a useful tool for companies that have adhered to the survey, because they can access their assessment for free in the special reserved area of the site, measure their welfare initiatives and confront themselves with the most advanced experiences within their own field.
