The new Valetti Winery in Calmasino is located in the heart of the Bardolino Classico production zone, on the southern shore of Lake Garda. The challenge taken on by the firm Archingegno was to create a project with a strong communication value, typical of the wine culture, but integrated harmoniously at the same time in an exceptional landscape setting.
The expansion of the existing winery spaces and the creation of new settings for the direct sale of products is inspired by the local shapes of the terracing and vines.
Inside this project, light plays a fundamental role: the lighting system designed by PERFORMANCE iN LIGHTING enhances the architectural geometries thanks to the SL764 LED system’s solid light lines, and guarantees extremely high energy efficiency levels.
Outside, the star is MIMIK in its double emission MIMIK 20 FLAT version, a “mimetic” and discreet lighting element that enhances the façade volumes and creates suggestive effects at night. Light and architecture work together to create a strongly iconic building.
