Designed by studio G3 ARQUITECTURA E INTERIORISMO of Granada, this private villa is in Sanlúcar de Barrameda not far from the Guadalquivir River and fully integrated into the landscape around it. This goal was achieved through thoughtful design of spaces and choice of materials whose finishes and colours recall the sand and water of the coast of Cadiz, as well as a thorough study of the green spaces and gardens.
The same care was also given to the lighting design by BIG Architectural Lighting using PERFORMANCE iN LIGHTING products. Dual-emission QUASAR 20 and QUASAR 10 wall fixtures were installed along the perimeter walls to modulate the building's volumes and highlight the colours of the surfaces by selecting the chromatic tone of the light.
The amount of natural light entering the house, on the other hand, is quickly and easily regulated by adjustable blinds.
The large outdoor porch has also been designed as a fully liveable transition space connecting indoor living spaces and outdoor recreation areas such as the large swimming pool reinforced by the natural stone floor that is continuous both inside and outside.
