The Canoe Polo Men's National Team Championship, which began two years ago, has come to an end this September. PERFORMANCE iN LIGHTING sponsored the Finland Team, giving them a ray of light that lit up the team by excelling and finishing ninth in the 18-team series.
A challenge they fully won, as there are not so many official teams in the Nordic countries, and long winters make outdoor trainings really hard and difficult. The qualifying tournament in Ghent, Belgium, convinced PERFORMANCE iN LIGHTING to invest in this passionate young-men team, that spent time and efforts on this adventure. A family atmosphere contributed of course to this success with hundreds of volunteers that helped in the events organisation and supported the athletes.
This sport is growing in popularity always more and more, starting with few Sponsors and now filling the bleachers with hundreds of brands!
